alice-and-meI’m Cathy Oliver, a 32 year old first time mum to Alice, born 7th June 2016 at 6.20am (as it happens, exactly the same time I popped out of my mum’s vagina). The gory realities of pregnancy, birth and new motherhood knocked me flat on my arse. Now I’ve been in this mummy gig for a while, Alice and I are tootling along our own wibbly path quite nicely.

I write about the whole shebang: pregnancy, birth, boobs, vaginas, breastfeeding, co-sleeping, relationships, work, love that makes you feel like you’re going to explode, and poo that actually does explode. I hope the odd sentence gives you a giggle, and, more importantly, makes you realise that you’re not alone.
